My Chances?

cali resident
1460 sat (690 v 770m)
2.81 uc/csu gpa
6-10 of work. 25% or more related to major
1-5 of ec. no leadership

business admin.

Help?.....

your sat is stellar, but that gpa is low.. they don't exactly match. so it's pretty hard to tell.

its my number one choice. does anyone have a general idea?

Thanks lrg for your opinion.

ur definately in.

Thank you santa! ;)

what the ****? santa?

Your words are sweeter than a x-mas present :)

I am really happy someone thinks I have a good shot at SLO

ur pretty cool then.

It's really hard to say. I've heard of people getting in w/ 3.0's and 1400+. SLO seems to like SAT's, so you might get in. Don't count on it, but you helped yourself a lot w/ the SAT.

Iffy. 30% chance of getting in? The lack of leadership is hurting you a bit, but we'll see how things pan out.

Sympathy: First Choice, eh?? I thought I remembered you saying something like "Babson seems to be much better than Cal Poly and I really want to get out of cali. My choices are between Penn State and Babson" not so long ago in a different thread. That's really interesting.

2. Is it worth the $160,000? My parents said they will give me 200k and I can spend use it on my tuition or go to a public school and save the money for later use such as opening my own company. I mean 160k after tax is quite a bit of money and I prob can't earn it back in quite alot of years so I am wondering if its a good investment assuming I obtain a great GPA in babson

Ya I decided to save the money and spend on future needs.

Good call.

Blah if I can't get in SLO i hope I can at least get in Pomona. crosses fingers
