You have a good chance at UCD but it will depend upon major. They admit by major and college. You should post your GPA and EC’s along with your intended major for a better chancing.
You are a solid candidate but note, all UCs consider the subjective side of you application. Having above avg stats doesn’t guarantee admission - lots of kids with your stats are rejected every year. Be sure your essay is compelling and apply to more than just one campus. Take a look at UCSB, UCSC and CP SLO - SDSU would be a good safety.
