some random questions...
-Also, I am NOT religious at all. I don't have any problem with religious people at all, but at Pepperdine, are they kind of in your face about religion? Does the whole school have some kind of religious influence?
-And one more question lol, what are my chances of receiving some kind of merit based scholarship? or is that unpredictable...

Thank you all so much!! :)

Write good essays and you're in. As far as I know Pepperdine definitely has a more religious atmosphere than most colleges - but if you don't want to be involved you don't have to be (other than attending convocation ((MANDATORY CHURCH)) 14 times per semester)

From what I have heard Pepperdine is good with AID money for those who need it.

I think you have a really great chance :] Just pick the right essay topic. The weekly convocation that andylaws alluded to is pretty diverse, not straight worship. There are options, including spiritually-motivated discussion groups and stuff.
I'm not particularly religious, but I plan on attending Pepperdine this Fall :]
I haven't heard about financial aid yet, but from what I've heard it's generous.
