My chances?

UW GPA: 3.03
SATs: 1120 M&CR Writing: 430
Classes: 4 Honors, 3 college credit, No APs
Sports: V Track 11th grade, Weight lifting or Track this year.
Programs: Academic talent Search, 2 pre engineering programs, Community service program.

I want to Major in Aerospace Engneering

If that is not possible at the moment I'd gladly do Mech Eng until I can tranfers into the Aero Eng program. If I can't into the Eng program I'll go in undecided or Nursing. I'm also interested in EE and BioEng.

My Grades go in an upward trend and so far I've been doing well in my classes.

I didn't take any APs because they were either boring, full or I didn't qualify.

The ones I'm qualified for if that counts towards anything was Lit,Statistics, and chem.

Chem is popular so obviously it gets full quickly and Statistics was taken. Lit was boring and I already was looking at Composition to better increase my poor writing skills.

I'm doing CCP Med Careers: Just in case and to learn more about Nursing.
CCP Composition: I need to make better Essays so I needed this class.
CCP Precalculus I was recommended so I took the class.
Trigonomerty: To futher increase my math knowledge for college and I suck at Geometry so my teacher recommended me for it so she can help me increase my skill in that area.

Did you send in your app before the Nov. 30th deadline? Either way, you have a low chance.

What is your weighted GPA? PSU will look just at that one. If you haven’t applied eyt I would suggest doing so ASAP as the priority deadline passed and now it will become more competitive the longer you wait.

I agree. Make sure you apply right away, especially because your scores are a little low for University Park.

Are there any other Penn states that will accept me?

You will most likely get in a branch if you can’t get into UP for Fall.

if you check that you’re willing to start in the summer you would have a better chance of getting into UP then. But only if you don’t mind basically starting college right after you graduate, although you only take a few credits and it does have its benefits

Would I get good Financial aid?
