Boston U - Reach
Syracuse - Reach

Not sure about UCs. Anyways, whats hurting you the most is your SAT scores. You really need to get those up if you want to be competitive at those schools. 1100 is not a strong score at all, in fact, it really singles you out as an average student. GPA isn't amazing, but having your class rank would really help. If you are in the top 10% it would be good. If not... you really need to be in at least the top 20%. ECs are okay for the colleges your applying to.

my school doesn't rank.
=/

i think having no rankings will work to your advantage in this case. your scores will hurt you.

luckycharmsx0:

UCI/UCD: Slight Reach

NYU- reach
Boston University-match/slight reach
Syracuse University donno ?
UCDavis match/Slight Reach
UCIrvine match/Slight Reach

i knwo that everyeon on this forum is like a 2000+ but there are PLENT Of ppl at my school with a 3.8 adn cant even get a 1600. ppl got into davis with 1400s.

but it varies year to year of course. :) just have hope

dont worry about it. UCD and UCI are nto that hard to get in. and boston isn't either jsut write a really good essay. i doubt EC are gonna make a big difference for UCs.
