"Dear 123abc456:

After multiple individualized and comprehensive evaluations of your application for the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts for Fall 2010, we believe that you have something uniquely valuable to contribute to our campus. However, our high application volume, coupled with the very strong credentials of our applicants in recent years, has contributed to an increasingly competitive admissions process. As a result, your application has been deferred for a final decision until a later date.

Your application will be re-evaluated, and a final decision will be made based on how your credentials and academic achievements contribute to the composition and quality of this year's freshman applicant pool. All final admissions of admit, deny, or waitlist will be made no later than mid-April, 2010.

..."

So, here's my question:

What type (out of the three) of deferral letter is this?

*Note: I realize that their already is a thread out there about the different deferral letters there are, but I don't feel like going through the archives, so be a pal and tell me which one it is, rather than criticizing me for starting a new thread over something that's already been answered before.
