Does Cal poly take extenuating circumstances into account? Can I email them to tell them of my medical situation or something?

SLO does not consider any additional information not provided/ required on the CSU application. You can email admissions to confirm but SLO admits based on a standard formula of GPA, HS course rigor, residency, first generation, EC’s, job experience and volunteering
