Okay so I took health as a self taught summer school class, but it was graded on a pass/fail basis. I took quizzes online and emailed them to the principal and then I had to print out some online activities where I read an article and answered questions. I took it because I had no time in my schedule and my school would rather have me take it over the summer than drop an AP class.
I got my report card and it said I passed. No big deal. We can also see our transcript online, and when they added health, the program took it as a pass, but calculated it onto my average as if it were a 65. It brought my junior year average down 4 points and my overall average down 1.5 points.
I am going call my GC about this, but should I call all the colleges I applied to already? I didn't know if they will try consider health or they will hold a stupid mistake in the program against me. Would they think I'm lying too? A couple of my friends did the same thing and my one friends GC put the course in as incomplete and sent it to colleges with a big fat 0 on his transcript.

No. It’s unlikely that any of them will include heath if they recalculate your GPA.

Your GC messed up? Call the GC and see what can be done to fix this problem due to automation.

Talk to your GC first and then call the college and explain the situation.
