@andrea: don't you pay for hand scoring, though??

yeah, and they refund you if they messed up.

since harvard did not darken his bubbles properly, they wont change it.

we shall believe in the power of the scoring machine. let us not underestimate its ability... it will recognize my answers.. yes.. it will..

so you arent going to cancel? i would REALLY recommend it.

what were your SAT scores before this?

The machine may pick your answers up... but you'll get the entire grid-in section incorrect. If you were re-taking to improve your M, you might want to consider cancelling.

Honestly, just be glad he didn't have you written up for cheating. If I were proctering an exam, I would have written up a student writing after the test for cheating no matter what. You may not have changed your answers, but there is a reason they say STOP. Put your pencils down.

describe your bubbles better. exactly how did you do them?

how in the world does the SAT determine college success?!? there are so many ifs and buts.
in many cases luck plays a huge role on the SAT...and theres no denying that.

if were you i would cancel my scores and give the test on jan.26.

its a shame...CB should set the dates according to the convenience of the students and also consider the college app. deadline.

It's not very financially viable for the CB to give test administrations more than once a month. Every test needs to be carefully written, and checked a billion times for ambiguities within the questions. While it would be nice if CB could give a test every weekend, that's a bit unrealistic.

I'm sorry that you're stressed, but I'm curious
why didn't you just bubble the whole thing during the given times?
I mean everyone has his/her nervous habits,
eg. I use an eraser (even after the section is over) and erase any bit of extraneous markings around the edges. However, I think 'rebubbling' would look suspicious to any proctor.

Sorry, I hope your old scores are good enough to sustain you.

I don't know why you would even take that chance? The instructions clearly say that you can't go back to another section. I think you're lucky he didn't repport you for cheating.

Considering you will not contact CollegeBoard, the only thing you can do now is pray...
