im not really sure, I know i am interested in business, but then there is a part of me that believes getting a liberal arts education could furthur me as an individual, and i could see myself as a teacher. I really dont know, but i know I will end up doing some sort of business related thing. Also, applying to business schools makes the competition to get in a tougher. waht do u think?

Do you mean Denison University? It's in Granville, Ohio.

You sound like an excellent student, but your test scores may be a little low for some schools, such as Madison for an out-of-stater. What do you think about retaking?

What schools have you visited, and what did you like or dislike about them?

For business, add Northern Illinois to your list as a match/safety. Easy to visit, too, if you're from the part of Chicagoland I'm thinking of. How do you like cornfields?

I have visited U of I urbana, and syracuse and ithica, I liked them all. I really want to go to syracuse, but scrared about not getting in. Northern I have looekd at, it would financially be a burden off my family but its kida low ranking. am i wrong? do they have a well known business school? i know they got a great accounting program. waht do u think my chances are at syracuse?

Hi again. I think you will definitely get into Syracuse. My daughter is there - in the Newhouse School which is the most difficult to get into. The university requires a very well rounded liberal arts education no matter what your major so it would suit you just fine. Good luck!

hmm..i think that Uconn has a good business school..but i guess uwill have to do some research because that is a good amount of well reputed colleges right there..good luck

Fairfield has a beautiful campus, new construction and the buildings are nice. The library is all glass which was cool...The students are nice, kind of preppy. Cute little suburban town with everything you need, not too many bigger stored though, no malls, etc. The feel of the university was athletic and slightly religious. People are nice, the iniversity was attatched to a prep school which was kind of weird. Never saw inside a dorm but the buildings looked ok, kind of like older apartment buildings. Great Food!

o man, i know, i just calculated and found out its gonna cost me $40,000 a year to get an "okay" education. But its more then that, its the school i would be happy at, I love the location, its close to my family, its the perfect size and not horribly competitive where im going to feel like im drowning. thoughts?
