My parents think I'm screwed. Am I?

This is what my transcript looks like:
Tenth grade:
Class rank: 513 out of 547
GPA: 2.0

Eleventh grade:
Class rank: 499 out of 549
GPA: 2.667
SAT score: 750

For my senior year, I am taking classes at my local community college. My goal is to get at least a B- in all of my classes. But I'm going to take my SAT's again in october.
I plan on going to Pennsylvania College of Technology(PennTech), Kutztown University, Penn State Berks, or Albright College.
I know that your SAT scores are not required for PennTech and Albright.
Do I have a chance to getting in to college? My parents want me to go to community college but I really don't want to. My dad says that I won't get into any college by the looks of my transcript. And I'm hoping that my college courses will help raise my chances.

There is always a way to get an education. Sometimes a school doesn’t accept a student because they don’t think the student can handle the workload. You need to find the right place for you.

I agree with Pea, but I still think you’re going to have a difficult time. One of the state schools in my area requires a cumulative GPA of 2.9… You might want to check if there’s something like that with the schools you’re applying to.
