I don't know what I should write about for my personal statement. Most people say to write about their hardships, or experiences they had that changed their life, but i don't have any of that. Is it fine if i write the whole statement on how much I like my major ?

Ya

Edit: Lol

What’s the prompt?

Really write about anything you want. Just let it be something you’re passionate about, and write well. Writing about your passion for (ie. Science)…how is that any less interesting than overcoming hardships if written equally well? In fact IMO too many people write about overcoming a hardship or a defining moment. Imagine reading all the applications as an admissions officer! If you can convey your interest in _____ field, and maybe how you want to change the world with your work, THAT is interesting. You say you have never had anything change your life. What prompted you to want to study your prospective major then? You can write about that. A defining moment of sorts?
