Looks like an invitation to write about some stereotype you had, or people had of you,and how you were affected, or what you learned from it. Did you find yourself acting a certain way when you felt you were stereotyped Did others fulfill your expectations of them? WHAT DID YOU LEARN (how did you change) is what they’re really asking, IMO.
Etc.
