i scored a perfect on my ap macro exam and my teacher told the other macro class there was cheating in my class because there were several perfects. i worked my butt off for this test so i feel like its unfair for me to get assumed as a cheater by my teacher. should i go in to my teacher and tell him that i earned my score with integrity? or will that look even more suspicious? i just dont want him to think im a cheater for the rest of the year.
Unless your teacher is punishing you or calling you out directly, I don’t see a point in doing anything. It would be different if your teacher stood up in front of class and said “This person cheated”, but it sounds like he’s accusing multiple people of cheating, not just you. Just continue to work hard in class to prove you earn your grades.
Since your teacher never accused you specifically of cheating and said it just in general, I don’t think there’s any point in telling them that you didn’t cheat, especially since from the way you phrased it, it sounds your teacher never told you this directly, so it would probably seem kind of suspicious if you just walked up to your teacher and told him you didn’t cheat.
Maybe they think people copied your test and you aren’t at all involved… You don’t know.
