My two year CC plan - Any opinions, changes, and/or advice welcome and wanted!!!

(TL;DR below)
Hey guys, College confidential has been an invaluable resource to me in the past so I figured I’d come back to ask for your advice on my possible CC plan. I plan to transfer after 2 years and Transfer to either UCD (I can use TAG and ill be attending cc in Sacramento which will be convenient. Also, lots of internships related to my field here, UCLA (which I have almost guaranteed admission into since I am in the honors program at my cc), or UCB (just a reach and if my CC GPA is high enough). I would like to major in either International Relations with a concentration on environmental policy or (UCD), Political science - public service with a focus on environmental policy (UCD’sprogrsm gives me a guaranteed internship here in the local Sacramento area), or just straight up poli sci and minor in econ, policy analysis, or something I like. The environment and politics are my passion – not so much the science aspect, although I do love it, but the laws, policy, and legislation associated with it.
My end game is to either work in government, go to law school and focus on environmental law (if I end up loving it and if my GPA is AMAZING), or be a politician ( It’s a massive stretch but I love politics and I have connections with Kevin Mccarthy, my classmates see me as a congressman - that really isn’t anything but I visited DC for a national We the People competition a few weeks ago and fell in love with the area and the work I saw people doing).I was an idiotic, lazy, and pessimistic student during my first few years of high school; however, I always researched and studied government and politics which paid off when my team for we the people placed top 15 at the national competition - which was the highest placing at our high needs high school.
My 2-year plan meets IGETC and all of the prereqs for my desired major(s) which are basically all the same. Also, I can get associates in poli sci at my cc if I take 2 extra courses (California gov and early us history, both UC transferable) which I can do in two years. I am fluent in Spanish - my first language - and french. I plan to take Russian as I have long had an interest in the politics, Cyrillic alphabet, and culture of the area - I’m currently self-studying the language.
NOTE: I need to take two semesters of remedial math; both counts as 5 credits but they don’t transfer so I either need to take additional courses - or years - to meet my 60 credit transfer requirement. I could write on and on but here’s my plan.
ANOTHER NOTE: should I take a philosophy course my first year? it covers early greek philosophers. Or should I take political ideologies (shitty prof. But these two are only offered in the fall. and I need political ideologies although I could save it for next fall when I’m more academically mature or take it now and risk a bad grade - I have contacted and researched all of my profs through rate my prof.) my first semester would be 18 units counting 5 credits from remedial math and it would be 18 hours a week. I’m full time and not working. I’m currently studying algebra as well. I didn’t take math my senior year.

TL;DR:

SEMESTER ONE () = credits
Beginning Russian (4) - my cc has an astounding Russian program.
elementary Algebra (0) - remedial
Advanced college composition (3) - ap lang test score (4 with no studying, just answered to the best of my ability) got me out of the first semester of English, I love reading.
Honors us Government (3) - the poli sci teacher is my honors coordinator.
political ideologies (3) - bad prof , I’m worried about getting a bad grade my first semester and would rather take it next fall; I could just not do the honors program to have more flexibility while still taking the honors courses that I can.

SEMESTER TWO
Beginning Russian 2 (4)
intermediate Algebra (0)
Honors international relations (3)
Environmental systems (3)
Envronmental sytems Lab (1

SUMMER
Micro (3) and Macro (3) economics, and world music (3)

SEMESTER THREE
trigonometry and advanced algebra (5)
Honors early US history(3)
Honors philosophy (3)
Foreign government (3)
Intermediate Russian (4)

SEMESTER FOUR
Intermediate Russian (4)
California government (3)
western civilization (3)
environmental biology (3)
honors stats (4)

Note: The majority of the classes here are flexible with the exception of Honors US government, Honors philosophy, political ideologies, and honors early US history which is only offered in the fall. Honors international relations is only offered in the spring.

So, any potential downfalls? recommendations? This is all just Hypothetical and mad in my spare time. My work ethic has been great for months due to We the People and I look forward to this experience. Thank You!

You sure you aren’t able to place out of the remedial maths? You’d be able to transfer a lot more credits and possibly meet the IGETC with the classes. Also you’ll hate life and all things holy by taking 9 units in a summer semester especially since MICRO and MACRO are moderately heavy courses especially for a summer course. Be sure to ASSIST to see what courses for your intended major and when it comes to transferring UCLA is heavily competitive be sure to check the UC Admit by Major.

Why do you think you’d do poorly in political ideologies but better in philosophy?
