Hey guys. I was wondering if it meant anything if my "myIthaca" account was down? Does it mean I've been rejected? Or am I looking into things too much? It's one of the few schools I've heard from and I auditioned Day 2 of Chicago Unifides. Thanks for any help!

I just checked mine, and I was able to log in

My account is also down so I called the Office of Admissions and they said that the unavailable account means that there has a been a “change in status” and that they have sent a decision in the mail. I feel like the odds are off for a good “change in status” if they shut down the account but you never know. Here’s to forever hopeful fingers crossed!

hmm… My Ithaca account is working and just says “applied”. I auditioned at Unifieds too… I’m going slightly crazy

Hmmm. . .my D’s my.ithaca account is down, too. So I guess something will arrive by snail mail shortly. Do they notify everyone by mail–no calls, no email? I guess it could go either way, as rainbowgiraffe says.

By “down” do you mean it won’t even let you log in? Or is it just something else? Because I just checked again, and they just now changed my application checklist (before it still said they needed my audition, and now that has been moved over into the received box)

Well, down means you can’t see ANYTHING when you log on except a message saying your account is down and if you have questions, call the office. And, it does seem to mean that decisions are in the mail. My D received hers today. Not a good outcome.
