<p>In the payment section for each college, you should select NACAC Fee Waiver. Doing this acts as a payment record, which them allows you to submit your application to schools that require the payment before the app. In other words, you’re not sending an actual fee, but you are indicating your intent to request the waiver. Colleges are happy to accept that and will verify your eligibility once the mailed waiver arrives.</p>
