Nagging Transfer Issue

I'm thinking about applying as a transfer student for the Fall 2005 session. :) I go to a Connecticut community college, and hope to graduate with my A.A. there and from my high school at the same time.

Therefore, I know that my high school records might play a deciding role over whether I go to competitive schools or not. With a 3.5 weighted GPA at high school and a 4.0 so far in comm. college, I'm debating whether or not the SAT will make any difference. I scored about middling for my high school, and that was thanks to my verbal. My math score was 600 on the SAT I, and even worse on the SAT II Math IC. (540! Lol, 30th percentile!)

I've already taken the SAT three times. The last time I can take it is this January. ^^; I know I can do better (I love math now, hehe), but I just want to know if it will play a factor at all. Thank you!

The way a college will view your SAT score largely depends on which college it is and how you are applying. For instance, if you are transferring to an IVY, your SAT score will hold a lot weight. However, if you transfer as a junior to the University of Southern Cal or any UC school, it won't even report your SAT score or your SAT II scores.
