<p>Does anyone else have a huge napping problem? I spent half of my day sleeping...</p>

I thought I had some problems. lol
I guess I am not the only one.</p>
<p>Yeah, I usually come home from school at 4:30 after I go eat ice cream at some local place, and then sleep for 3 hours, then eat dinner, do homework and post on CC til about 2:30 or 3… It’s quite extensive and I shouldn’t but I do. During the weekend, I’ll sleep til 1 or 2, I do that over the summer too.</p>
<p>hhahaa I wouldn’t call it a nap if it lasts more than two hours.</p>
<p>Ah I tend to nap a lot during school days. ):
When it’s vacation I usually don’t wake up until around 11:00~1:00… yet sometimes I still take a nap!</p>
<p>I think it counts as a nap when you sleep at a random time during the day and wake up before it’s night time.</p>
<p>hahaha so you would consider 9 am to 9 pm a nap? intense.</p>
<p>Ugh… One time… I dozed off at around 4 PM and when I woke up I wasn’t sleepy at all~ (I’m usually still sleepy after a nap.) I look at the time and it says “07:00” and I start freaking out because I thought it was morning already when it’s actually only 7 PM. I hate it when that happens…</p>
<p>Lol Often I wake up thinking its the next day and I start panicking about my undone homework and hating others for not waking me up then realize with a huge relief that i am still on the same day. Does anyone else do this? lol</p>
<p>^^no, 9 am is the morning by during the day I mean like midday til late afternoon (12-5), and night time like 8 and later because it’s dark then. I usually don’t nap longer than 3 or 4 hours though.

<p>I absolutely LOVE naps!!! But they can mess up my sleeping patterns when I wake up at 9pm. and can’t go to sleep until 3 am in the morning. They are so refreshing, and I don’t get that groggy feeling from oversleeping.</p>
<p>I love the concept of napping, I really do… but every time I start to take a nap on a school day, I’m at that point where you can feel yourself drifting off to sleep and I remind myself of all the work I’m putting off to take said nap. So I usually end up waking up out of guilt before I even fully fall asleep. :(</p>

<p>I do it on school days, too. I get home, eat lunch, post on these forums, then fall asleep for like three hours, then take my real sleep at around 1:30 A.M. It’s as if I split my sleeping time into two.</p>
<p>god i love napping. im a sucker for naps hahaha.
once i slept around 8 pm and woke around 3 am to finish hw/study.
orrrrr… sometimes i just tell myself to wake up earlier to do hw and end up oversleeping without doing anything. :
but seriously people should have a strict routine they stick to. its just healthier. lol i need to follow my own advice.</p>
