<p>National Achievement Scholarships were mailed out today, according to Semifinalist packet, so we should be hearing if we've won early next week. I'm a Finalist who could really use $2500. Post as soon as you get your letter...Good luck to all Finalists!</p>

<p>No, I haven't heard anyhting about being a scholar.</p>
<p>I got my letter acknowledging my Finalist status a few days ago. $ awards go out from March-June.</p>
<p>No, the semi-finalist packet says that scholars are notified at home starting February 11--meaning the notifications were probably mailed last Friday.</p>

<p>All finalists are CONSIDERED for the $2500 scholarship. But only those named SCHOLARS will win the $2500 scholarship.</p>

<p>polarbear: i am pretty sure as a Scholar you get the $2500, but if you name certain schools as your first choice - the money can cover 4 years tuition</p>

<p>I live in the West. However, myself and someone else have not recieved ANY notification while one MUCH LESS qualified student (trust me, lower scores, no activities, etc.) has been accepted. I can't see both of us not being accepted while he is, so I'm hoping that it is a little behind.</p>

<p>I ended up getting four grand. It's the Boule Foundation Achievement Scholarship. Anyone else get something similar?</p>
<p>I called National Achievement on Wednesday, and they told me that the last scholarship letters would be sent out on Thursday, February 24 (yesterday). So the last of us should find out sometime next week.</p>
<p>What did you have to do? What were your scores? Is it like National Merit scholar? where you just get the score, fill the papers and you win? Because I could really use an extra 2,000! I'm so psyched for tomorrow because I KNOW I can do it! :)</p>
