Hello, My oldest daughter was accepted to University of North Texas months ago and has decided to attend there. We have accepted the scholarship offer, have registered and paid for orientation in June, and have put down a deposit on her dorm. I can’t find anything, anywhere, saying that she needs to take any further action to let UNT know that she is committed to attending there in the fall. As far as I can remember, she has not been asked to put down any sort of deposit (when we log into her account, it says no fees are owed), and there doesn’t seem to be a ‘button’ anywhere on their website for her to submit her intent to attend. Are we done? I feel really silly about all this because I know so little! But it is April 29 and I have heard so much about the all-important May 1 deadline…I want to be sure we haven’t missed anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Contact UNT’s admissions office right away and ask them directly.
