<p>uhh...some people talked a little about these honor societies before...</p>
<p>basically, they said join it if you intend on being involved with the organization or else you don't really hear much from them.</p>
<p>For ALD and PES, join if you want to be involved .. people say .. but I have no idea if that would be great on a resume.</p>
