Nationally, how many people received 2300+?

Some one told me that:
Total # of 2300+ SAT scores for 2006: 4865

However, I want to verify it. Anyone know the web url to find that info? The PDF files I see on college board give me the mean and tandard deviation for the tests, but they never explicitly say how many people received what range of score.

Ignore my private message. Here's the url:

<a href="http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/highered/ra/sat/SATPercentileRanksCompositeCR_M_W.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.collegeboard.com/prod_downloads/highered/ra/sat/SATPercentileRanksCompositeCR_M_W.pdf</a></p>

it can't be that low...

That PDF link has the number of people who got each score, but remember that a significant number of people retake sub-2300 scores and get higher section scores that together can add up to a 2300+ total. These people aren't included in the PDF, which simply includes people who took the SAT and got 2300+s in one sitting.

I'm 2320, which is 99.8th percentile according to collegeboard. Dunno if that helps or not.

cool, I'm in the top 99.81 percentile. I feel special.

this whole forum disguised, to make you feel special....

you should reevaluate what constitutes your identity

what do you mean it can't be that low...you know how many dumbasses are in america? by god the people elected george bush as our president.

What's interesting is to compare male vs. female scores. If you look from 2400 down, more males scored each score than females all the way down to 2040, yet there were approximately 100,000 more female test takers than male total.

that is interesting 19382...I could insert a sexist comment or two here, but I'll restrain myself...and feminists want to take a shot at this?

Please no feminists. My god, they annoy me.

So uh, 2 hours into November 11th, and they still haven't gotten my detailed score report up. Boo.

wish I was in that elite group....

you mean you wish you WERE...as that is a conditional statement...ok im done bye
