Our school uses Naviance. On a Common App under recommenders and FERPA under each specific school I also see “Manage Recommenders” link. Do I have to enter my teacher’s emails in Common App if I already requested it in Naviance?
No, I don’t think so
Not usually. Your GC will assign the recommenders from your Naviance requests. Just make sure you have matched your Naviance account with your Common App account.

Our school (and I think many schools) will NOT send your transcript and recs until AFTER you have submitted your common app. They want to make sure you have applied first. Colleges expect that these items will arrive at some point after your application, and usually it is fine it that is after the “due” date, as long as your app was submitted on time.
Agree many high schools will not send transcripts and recs until you submit your app. D16’ s HS sends transcripts whenever they are requested to non common app schools and the GC is responsible for attaching them to the Common app along with uploading the teachers rec from Naviance to Common App. It doesn’t really matter when your GC uploads them before or after you submit. If GC uploads before you are done it all sits until you hit submit if it is after you have submitted it will link up
