I attend University of South Florida and had pick political science as my major, not knowing what the H*** I was getting myself into at the time. I made extremely bad choices, got kick out last semester for a 1.6 GPA and was lucky enough to be reinstated for this summer. I have five more classes and I can graduate. 4 of the 5 classes I will be repeating for the 2nd or 3rd time. In order to continue fall semester I need to earn a B+ in my summer class.

So here are my concerns:
- I know for sure that for my political classes the grade is consist of essay exam and maybe a research paper, but I am horrible at writing? Don't ask me how I manage to be a senior in college but write at a middle schooler's level; I don't know either, I guess I had pretty easy/lenient teachers until i transfer from community college to a university.....
- I will be taking International Wealth & power; intro to political theory; and comteporary political theory. For the life of me, I don't understand Plato, Hobbes, Rawl, etc. I don't even get regular modern politics. Anyone has any advice on how to understand these political theorist?
- And finally: One of my undoing in college is not speaking to a soul at school and outside of school. I get my lesson now and will attempt to seek help from my professor from now on. But what happens if the professor is unhelpful or doesn't help? I know that if needed I would have to seek help from a classmate, How do I get over the fear of being label/known as dumb and unworthy of help? Why would I say that? Because they all understand and grasp the assigned readings and I'm the only one that doesn't
