I'm currently a Community College student in New York and I need some advice about transferring.

Here is a quick bio:
I'm 23, grew up in California, my parents were arrested/deported before I finished high school, and I've been on my own since 18. I didn't go to college right away, and my HS transcript is pretty inconsistent (we moved a lot). I'm currently in my last semester of CC (fall 2010).

I have a 4.0 GPA
Liberal Arts major (Although I have many extra math and science electives)
Member of several clubs, including PTK, and an executive of my campus activity club
Received a full scholarship (merit based) through the honors college
I have work experience between high school and college, and have held a part time job during CC
I have a summer research internship in biology/neuroscience at Stony Brook University

My intended major when I transfer is Neuroscience.

I was accepted into Columbia University General Studies program but I'm pretty sure I will not be able to handle the financial burden (GS FA is apparently pretty crappy, and I don't have much money)

I'm having a tough time finding programs that would be a good fit for me. I would really appreciate any advice anyone could offer me.
