I'm currently a sophomore in high school, and next year I'm planning on taking college level classes at the college in my city. I get both high school and college credit. They give me 18 credits free per semester. I was wondering if it's best to do the program, Running Start, take ap courses or do IB. I want to do the pre-med route and get into med school, so I need advice on what I should do. By doing college level courses I can eliminate some pre reqs faster and be a junior by the time I finish high school. I don't know what to do. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks =)

I definitely wouldn’t cut your undergrad years short unless you are going to take time off before medical school. I would also avoid the pre-med courses when you are taking local college credit, and to plan to drop any AP credits for those pre-reqs (chem physics bio organic chem). Otherwise, do what suits your goals and preferences best in your opinion.
