need-blind for canadian citizens?

i tried running a few searches but didn't come up with much useful information.

I'm trying to create a list of the top universities that are need-blind for Canadian citizens.

i understand that the following are need-blind to all internationals. so obviously also so to Canadians:

MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Massachusetts
Harvard University in Massachusetts
Princeton University in New Jersey
Yale University in Connecticut
Williams College in Massachusetts
Middlebury College in Vermont
Dartmouth College in New Hampshire

and i also know that Upenn and Columbia provide need-blind admissions for Canadian citizens as well

I'm trying to find out which other universities have similar policies, where Canadians are given need-blind admissions;
could someone please help me out?

.........i just found out that Cornell is also need-blind for canadians :)

anywhere else?

I saw a few people saying Stanford was, but I haven't found anything official to back this up.

what wait whats need blind? im a canadian citizen but moved to US last year whats need-blind?

need blind is when if you apply for financial aid, a university decides upon whether to admit you without looking at your financial status

i.e. at these unis asking for fin aid wont work against you
