Need Clarification on ED

<p>So I saw on Penn's website that if you are applying ED, it's okay to apply to other schools if they don't have binding EA or ED agreements. This means that I can still apply to and get acceptance letters from other non-EA/ED schools, right? As long as I withdraw my applications if I get accepted to Penn? I've gotten several fee waivers/special applications from schools like UPitt and Arcadia, and wanted to make use of them before my privileges expire. These schools are saying I will get an admissions decision within 3 weeks, which would be before I hear back from Penn.</p>

<p>You will be contacted for an interview. When D applied two years ago RD she was contacted i think about 6-8 weeks after she submitted her application.</p>
