Need help choosing courses for transfer admissions as Statistics Major for UCLA

Just graduated and entering California community college right now with sophomore status thanks to ap credits and I’m trying to transfer as a junior applicant for fall 2018 quarter. In high school I got a 5 on Calculus BC, Statistics, Chemistry, US History, and Human Geography; 4 on Computer Science,Physics 1, and Macroeconomics, and 3 on US Gov and Microecon (self study). Since I didn’t take AP lang or Lit exam in high school I need to take two semesters of freshman compositions courses. For my major I need Statistics (satisfied by Ap score), 4 semesters of the Calculus sequence (First two satisfies with Calc BC), Intro to C++ (Don’t think Comp Sci works cause it’s Java). I also need to take a foreign language, cause I wasn’t able to take two years of the same language in high school(I moved every year and previous schools didn’t have the languages I was taking). I’m also thinking of taking of taking Public Speaking to meet Cal State Admissions. To meet the IGTEC I’m thinking of doing Biology and an Art Course. Finally to meet a community college requirement for an associates degree I’m planning to do a class called Fitness for Living to satisfy the lifelong learning requirement. As far as admissions are concerned, what order should I take all these or do I really need to take all these? I’m stronger in social science and stem then I am at English so should I just load up on easy classes for fall semester to have a good GPA and do English 1A in the Winter followed by English 1c in the spring ? Since my freshman year is full of ap credits, my only GPA being seen I’m guessing is from fall and maybe winter 2017 so a possible B in English could drastically bring down my GPA with this one semester of grades they’re looking at. But then again I may not get admitted because admissions may be skeptical of whether I’ll finish the English requirement. Please help with any knowledge you have for transfer admission for students who used ap credits and how AP credits will affect the application.
