Need Help Choosing Transfer Nursing Schools in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic

Currently, I'm a first-semester freshman attending CUNY Hunter College, and the competition for nursing is insane. It's imperative that I apply to other nursing schools while also applying to this school's nursing program, and my chances are slim to none (it's a HUGE school, and they only accept 100 spots a year). Honestly, I'm not enjoying myself there that much. I hate commuting, even though I know some people have it worse, the overpopulation, and I guess I'm not much of a city person as much as I thought I was.

I'm more interested in getting out of the city, but I'm not sure where to apply, because other schools might have their programs closed, or have a smaller acceptance rate, which ultimately scares me.

I also know that if I apply to SUNYs, I have a better chance of getting my credits transferred and will save a ton of money since I'm also aiming to get my Master's (I got my first year at Hunter practically free). I'm not limiting myself to just public schools, so if there are any private schools that give a ton of money, I would like to know, but mostly I would just like to know about how a specific school's nursing program works, if anybody has knowledge of, and how high is the pass rate for the NCLEX exam.

I need some schools that offer direct, and some not direct.

Thank you!
