Need Help Finding School

<p>I'm looking for an affordable (no more than $30,000 a yr.),not so big on greek life & partying university..and I dont really know where to look. I want to leave califronia (I currently attend San Diego State) does any one have any ideas or information, it would really help me out! Thanks so much guys~</p>
