<p>just curious... why do you need to know? do you do a lot of computer work that needs a lot of bandwidth? downstream performance is probably 2-3 mbps on average, but i don't really remember what upstream is like</p>
<p>just realized i posted the wrong link, crap, and i just wanted to know upload and dl speeds on the penn network, and whether they are capped or fluctuate.</p>
