Hi fellow cc's im not really uptight but I have some urgent questions to get answered.
- I want to join USAFA so is community service a vital role in acceptance?
- Will my little resume below cut it in the USAFA? Look:

3.55 gpa UnWeighted (ALL HARD CLASSES AP and HONORS)

In scouting almost and eagle scout.

In SAR (sons of the american revolution).

Have two varsity letters one in wrestling and 1 in track.

Went to a LeadAmerica conference in Wash. Dc.

My problem is I have NO community service.
Replies would be greatly appreciated even if you dont know my status thank you!

No, I have not taken my SAT yet because im only a sophmore going into junior.

reply som1 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I looked at the air force for aviation too, but my ASVAB score was so high that they told me I was going to be made a linguist no matter what

i wouldnt call almost being an Eagle Scout as having no community service

Can't you count you Eagle Scout project as community service?

Hmmmm probably does count thank you!

does online community service count???

You would get a lot better responses in the USAFA forum...
Get that Eagle! You may want to try to raise your grades a little bit. I heard somewhere that the average appointee has a 3.8 uGPA. However, I do not know how your AP/Honors classes effect admissions.

What "community involvement" have you had, other than what you listed?

Being an Eagle scout is a good thing...
