If I want to run a tech. comp. one day, is Hopkins a good choice? (need both engineering + business skills)

jhu is ranked 13 overall and is solid in reputation. It especially excells in International Relations and Medical thingys.

As far as business goes, what really matters is your graduate school of business. Furthermore, it doesn't matter what your undergrad major is for running a company. My dad runs a bio-tech, but didn't major in bio or engineering or anything.

Look for a good econ program (harvard, chicago, even NYU (stern), etc.) if you are sure you want to do business.

Good luck.

u should've done more extracurricular activities, NF318, that way u would've been in Stern by now. and also taken the SAT's over. But i agree that gradschool is more important than undergrad. besides, u really dont need any classes to learn how to run a business. if u've got the talent for it, like bill gates does, then screw business school. but of course, getting a degree is always good!
