need helpdouble majoring or minor? in CS and Business. IT

my current situation is im transferring out next fall from a California community college with <60 credits to hopefully UofArizona, or WvU, and some instate schools (if i stay for 63 credits). I have 3 years of community college mostly covering and catching up remedial courses. but have intro courses to Macroecon/java, planning on taking more pre-reqs for my major at the 4year im planning to attend.

So back to my topic, Im considering double majoring or minoring in CS and Business IT i know this is a pretty big field and very demanding in the next decade. I honestly WANT to finish school by 23/24 and im only 20 right now, my PRIME interest is BusinessIT, (halfbusiness/halfCS) i love the concepts of business and computer science together but im considering a double major or a minor in computer science to increase my knowledge of the computerscience field. Would it be wise to just minor or double major? I like programming also and very interested in starting my own tech firm oneday or a website (have ideas) would a BusinessIT with a minor in CS give me enough information to be able to do one? my goals after graduation is to find a decent IT/CS job to gain more knowledge and learning to move up in a company but i really dont know what to expect,

My brother is a software developer for Northrupp Grumman (majored in CS) and told me Software engineers are top of the rank scale then Business IT, can anyone give me more insight between the two?

in addition to my questions from above:
Can anyone give me some INPUT on both these fields and what to expect also?

would a double major in CS and BusIT require more semesters at school also? or would both fields have similar classes to help reduce the additional courses i have to take?

Your input and help would definetly give me the knowledge to put my foot into the door. im transfering for next fall and i want to finish school ASAP to get into the real world so any insight is GREATLY APPRECIATED.
