Need Info please!

What are my chances getting into a MBA program at USC or UCLA with a psychology BA.

1) Im 24 years old, I have 3.8 gpa from the past two years though cumulative is only 2.8. I had some family issues during my first 3 years at community college, thus reflecting my lower grades early on. Still need the GMAT, though still unsure if i should take the GRE instead. Have 4-5 years work experience in 2 and a half in customer service and 2 in healthcare (emergency medical services). I know I need my GMAT scores but I just want a general idea as I am unable to find any conclusive data online with my background. I assume that my scores would be around 650-700.

2) I want to eventually go into managing in a tech company / or eventually go into vp in marketing for a tech company

Second option would be a managerial role in healthcare or pharmaceuticals which is my experience in the past two years

So I want to know what are the options for someone with my background in finding a career that I want after the MBA program and what would it depend on.

I've spent countless hours researching online but seeing as I'm soon going to graduate I need to make a final decision as to what path I should pursue.

Any help and info would be greatly appreciated!!

First, get a job after getting your Bachelors, see what you like to do and only then if needed,go to grad school. Your work experience without a Bachelors degree won’t count. Don’t waste money and time getting an MBA degree without having a goal and knowing what you want to do.The average age of MBA students is about 27-29 years old with 4-6 years of work experience as college grads.
