Hey I really tried to overload myself in my senior year with 5 aps...
for first semester I got 4 A's 1B and 1C
for second semester I think Im getting 2A's 3B's and 1C
Will I get rescinded from UCLA...should I call and notify them of my situtation
The classes have been rushed especially my ap government class due to the march ap test and that is how I got the C in that class.
What can I do? Am I in danger?

Ouch man, that second semester was nearly cutting it as close as you could possibly cut it. 3.16 unweighted. They use 3.0 unweighted to determine rescission if that’s how you spell it.

They include in the contract that you must keep a B average (3.0) and report if you get 3 or more Cs.

According to those standards you are not in danger. I would tell you to report the grades anyway, but the end of the year is approaching so a provisional contract is out of the question. Do not bother reporting this semesters grades because they dont want to know what you THINK you’re going to get.

Just try as best as you can these next few days and send in your final transcript.

I think you’re fine. The PAC (Provisional Admission Contract) states that you need to maintain a 3.0 unweighted GPA over your entire senior year, and report grades lower than a C (or also 3 or more Cs).
Furthermore, they don’t rescind everyone who falls below a 3.0 unweighted GPA. The undergrad admissions chose you because they see something in you that they don’t see in some other applicants who didn’t get admitted. Especially since your C is in an AP class, I think you’re fine.
As of now, you’re overall GPA is still above a 3.0, so you’re fine.

Dude your fine. Don’t report anything unless u FAIL a class.

Alright you guys. Thanks for the reassurance.
My teacher gave us a final score rubric and if I do really well I can raise the C to a B and my B’s to an A. So I am happy about that. It’s just my last week of school will most likely suck LOL
I hope you see you guys at UCLA. BRUINS BABY! haha =)
