I'm applying to MHA programs for my graduate studies. I'm interested in NYU Wagner's Health policy and management program. On their website it says that the minimum GPA to apply is a 3.0. They also said that they take major GPA into consideration. GRE's are not necessary.

I have a 3.0 cum GPA, along with a 3.3 major GPA.
My softs include:
Eagle Scout (countless community service hours)
Member of the Order of the Arrow
Alpha Tau Omega (Leadership positions and community service hours)
Omicron Delta Epsilon (Economics honor society)
Economics club (Fundraising chair)

I go to a state school in PA.

I'm one of only two percent of former foster children to graduate college, which I was going to tie into my personal statement of why I want to work in a field that helps people.

With that said, is it even worth applying. Or would it just be a waste of $85.

Any advice would be great.
