need some URGENT help. weird scenario has occured in my life!

<p>if this doesn't go here, i apologize, moderators i would really appreciate it if you moved this thread to where it belongs since i couldn't find an appropriate sub-forum. thank you :)</p>

<p>anyway, here is my concern; </p>

<p>my family and i have been evicted from our apartment and we have until december to leave. we are currently looking for a house and havent really found anything. the UC applications are due at the end of this month and they ask for a permanent address [which i dont have at this moment]. what do i do? what do i put under the address thing? even if i check the non-permanent address box, it asks for another address so im unsure as to what i need to do in order to make the deadline of the app. the only house we have found wouldnt be given to us (hopefully) until around January. im just very worried about how this will affect my college applications and i hope i can find an answer on here. </p>

<p>Call them and inform them of your transient situation. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and won’t be the last. I’m sure they’ll tell you to update them once you secure something more permanent. Worse case, offer your counselor’s contact info if they need to get in touch with you. Good luck.</p>

<p>You should talk to your guidance counselor and maybe you can use your school’s address for the time being.</p>

<p>I would use your current address on the applications. You are going to have the mail forwarded anyway and you can update the colleges with a new address once you get one.</p>
