<p>So i applied to UCSC, UCB, UCD, UCLA, UCSD, and UCSB.
i dont expect admission in ucb,ucla,and ucsd. but i was hoping for admission in santa cruz.
today i found out i was put on wait list for santa cruz and now i am freaking out. I remember before that if someone got rejected from the UC's they applied to, they would get admission from Merced even if they didnt apply, as long as they had the required stats for the UC system. Are they going to do the same this year? like if i get rejected from all these schools, will merced email me? or would they have already emailed me before other decisions came out?
