Which type of engineering would anyone reccomend for someone trying to go into neurology?

...um.... the pre-med kind...?

First thought is bioengineering or electrical engineering, but I'm not sure either of those would be particularly applicable to neurology at all. Why do you want to do engineering if you're aiming for neurology?

I agree. Go to medical school. Easier said than done, but that would be the logical path. :)

Don't you need to do 4 years undergrad + 4 years med school + a few more years for specialization + a couple more years residency?

Why even bother with engineering then?
