Neuroscience/Neurobiology - Undergrad- UCB vs UCSD

<p>My daughter has been assured admission to UCB (and invited for regents scholarship). She has also applied to UCSD.
UCSD has also sent her invitation for Medical Scholar, a long shot for a dozen spots!
She wants to pursue carrier in Neuroscience/Neurobiology and may be MD/PhD.</p>

<p>How does Neuroscience/Neurobiology program at UCB compares to UCSD. From Bayarea so would prefer USB but I have heard that UCSD's program is one of the best in US.</p>

<p>Appreciate any feedback from current students form either schools.</p>

<p>Neuro programs at both UCB and UCSD are excellent. Choose the school that fits best with your daughter. If she plans to go to medical school, I would suggest UCSD, where she can actually have a decent shot for medical school.</p>
