<p>according to The</a> McGill Daily Admin scoops up Marriott for new, new, New Rez mcgill has acquired another hotel and it will be available in the fall, does anyone have any more information on it? I am interested in the hotel residences</p>

<p>This Newest Rez was a Courtyard by Marriott. Despite that, it was bought as a “fixer upper” and is being completely renovated including a new facade. It is scheduled to be finished in August but they probably don’t want to promise something that they may not be able to deliver on time. If it is in fact ready, not sure how they will assign it though.</p>
