i posted here before to ask about my chances and a lot of people said that if my SAT scores were higher I would have a better chance. Before I had 1370(or 2010). Now I have a 1430 (or 2070). Just to refresh you guys: I have A+ weighted GPA (no less then A GPA). I have good clubs, social action vp, lot of temple/jewish involvement, girls state, etc. Will my new SAT score make any difference and will my SATs still be a big factor in stopping me from getting in?
Thanks,
E

to be honest - your score change won't really make much of a difference - i'd start focussing on who you want to write letters for you and think about essays and visiting in the fall if you haven't. Your scores are in range so you can forget about those now.

k, I have already asked who I need to for the letters and I am starting the essays. I visited already too so if I get in I'll go again. Thanks for the reply! :)

Your SAT score 1400 + is a good thing, no doubt! I wouldnt discount the increase as much as WealthofInformation has but I also agree that it is not the deciding factor in your admission-- you already have a strong academic profile :)

Good luck

thanks :)
