<p>It says on the website the New Student Orientation Packet was sent June 30 - and to email them if I haven't received it by July 15th.</p>

<p>Neither have I, but I wouldn't say you need to call yet. Cornell was a little behind with a number of things this year. I'd say wait a week or so and then ask.</p>
<p>it would be rather painless just to go ahead and call...why wait? then you don't have to be worried.</p>
