<p>The confusing thing is that while they may be the same, the housing forms list them as two separate choices.</p>

<p>New and North are attached. New faces the street that is one of the entrances to the campus. North is on the back side. They are attached by hallways. People there say they live in New/North because they are basically interchangeable.</p>
<p>The New side is a little closer to EVK. Has more outside noise because it faces campus (south). The North side faces north (duh) and a quieter road and a parking garage, and I think the North rooms stay a little bit cooler than some dorms, without direct afternoon sun beating into the rooms. New/North is attached - same building - and I typically cut through New and go out that way on my way to EVK or class. Since New/North is coed, I like the scenery - girls in towels in the hallways every morning....</p>
