<p>If anyone is interested, there is a group of us future Tulane students on Facebook planning a get together in NYC. The thread is in the group "Tulane University Class of 2014" (the one with the green wave icon).</p>
<p>gabby, I’m in the area…I actually attend the same school as Mark from the thread, but I just don’t know if I’ll be attending Tulane…I’ll know before the meetup though, so hey, I might be there!</p>

<p>I am a Tulane Mom from NY. Tulane held Meet and Greets prior to the summer for the incoming students from the area. There was one in Westchester, one in NYC and one on Long Island that we attended at Ruth’s Chris. It was a great chance to get together, meet the parents and students. There are a lot of NYers at Tulane in the deep South!!! We even had a brunch in August out in East Hampton. My son still socializes with the friends he made at these parties</p>
