I'm from Brooklyn but I live in Florida. I'm currently enrolled in a community college down here, and I want to transfer to a CUNY(Hunter or Baruch) or a SUNY(Buffalo or Stony Brook), the large majority of my family lives in New York state, and I will be 18 by the time I transfer, is it possible to apply for NY residency for tuition purposes through my Aunts Address, if I move in with her a few weeks before school starts? I'm a low income student with an efc of 0 and the only way tuition will be affordable for me is with in-state residency..
Tips? tricks? helpful hints?
