Hey guys, so I'm going to be a second semester freshmen at Rutgers now
So this semester, I took gen bio, calc, expos, and psych. I was debating if
bio 2, bio lab, chem 1, and physics 1 is too much to handle? I really need help
knowing if the workload will be too much. Any help is appreciated :)

That workload will be too much. Stick to Bio 2, Bio lab, and some humanities or major requirements. I would not recommend talking multiple hard science classes at once. Taking them off cycle is also not always the best idea. Start Chem 1 and Physics 1 in the fall and focus on Bio and Bio lab this spring.

I agree with Knight2015…That is a very heavy load.

It’s always good to have a balance of classes. Most of the core classes needed are not that bad, so choose 1 or 2 of those to balance out your really hard classes. I know it’s late for you, but maybe it can help someone else.
